But why should you work with me...
But why should you work with me...
As a 33-year-old mom who spent over two years trying to conceive with insulin resistance and irregular ovulation, I understand how challenging, lonely, and overwhelming this journey can be.
I am a Registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Doctorate in Pharmacy, so I understand the science behind addressing fertility with nutrition, medication, and lifestyle changes.
While working as a busy professional, I was able to heal my hormones and regulate my cycles (and ovulation) from a long-over-180-day to normal 30-day ones within three months.
Using my methods that have helped my diabetes patients lower their blood sugar, and A1C to improve their insulin resistance, I was able to lower my A1C level from the prediabetes range to a normal range in 6 weeks.
Once I improved my insulin resistance and had more predictable ovulation, I fell pregnant naturally on the first try without any medication or supplement.
I know I can help you do the same in Path to M.O.M.S. - where I've compiled everything I've learned into a simple self-paced guide that is designed to get you pregnant in less than 6 months!

" Wouldn't I be able to find this information on the internet?"
You might be able to get all of this information yourself (although, can you trust anything you read on the internet?), but it will take YEARS (that you don't have) off of your life. Joining Path to M.O.M.S. won't just get you "information," as we understand this can come from anywhere. By joining us, you're getting a TRANSFORMATION and becoming A WHOLE NEW VERSION of you where you're killing it at balancing your hormones and living a close-to-symptom-free PCOS life post-pregnancy. And don't forget about the SUPPORT you'll get from Dr. Promlap personally and a community of women on the same journey to motherhood as you. You won't get that anywhere else but here!
" What if this does not work for me?"
Your success is our success! This is why you also have access to 12 months of Q&A support from Dr. Promlap during your journey with us so we can provide you with the best care. With this, you can come to us with any question and get personalized feedback to help you achieve the best result possible.
"My family is picky, so cooking two dinners won't work."
Our recipes are created and tested so that even the pickiest eater will love them! On top of that, we have a simple way (which you will learn in the course) to help your family get on board with your new lifestyle.
" I don't have time to cook... and most of the time, we eat take-out or dine out."
We get it! That's why our recipes are designed to be under 30 minutes or less, so you don't have to spend all of your time in the kitchen. We'll also guide you on continuing to fuel your fertility the right way when you want to eat out, so you don't have to worry about feeling guilty whatsoever.

Your course creator - Dr. Tien Promlap - has gone through this journey herself and you'll hear her version of what was right for her own condition for your reference.

This differs from Dr. Promlap's other community - Becoming M.O.M.S. - where you would be working side-by-side with her and receive a more personalized approach to preconception.
